GLOBE Residential Design Studio is a firm that provides the Design and produces the "Blue Prints" for clients to obtain Building Permits, Contractor Estimates and Material Lists for New Custom Homes, Home Additions, Kitchens, Baths, Finished Basements and accessory buildings like barns, pool houses, garages and other uses.

GLOBE uses Computers along with State of the Art Software to create 3D models and final Construction Drawings. Clients are considered key components to the design process. We at GLOBE aren't mind readers and we don't like to guess about what clients want. We involve clients from day one to be a vital part of the design team. We ask a lot of questions and have the client make determinations early in the design phase.

We don't like burning thru hours of guessing what a client wants. We also use Telecommunication - online video sessions so that the client doesn't need to leave the comfort of their home to meet with us at GLOBE. That allows designers to be in front of their computer where they work to capture the information quickly and accurately.
