VERY RUDE SALON by Liana.Nitti on 7/9/2021
I was a brand new client who drove an hour to use this salon's services. Cassie cut my hair and I didn't realize until I got home that it was noticably very uneven on one side...This was a very simple cut to do and she made an amateur mistake...I contacted her and told her the issue and she said she could fix it. We scheduled a time for me to come in, but unfortunately I came down with an awful infection and fever the night before my appointment. I emailed the salon that night and told them I wouldn't be able to come in due to my condition, and also asked them a few questions, including if I would be charged for Cassie fixing her mistake. I never received a response or an acknowledgment to my email. I did text Cassie the next day because it was late, and let her know my issue and she was really sweet and seemed understanding. I was sick for a complete month so I could not reschedule. I assumed she could just fix it at our next appointment.
When I had initially visited the salon for my hair cut, I had went ahead and scheduled for the next appointment with Cassie. I visited the salon in March and had my next appointment in May. Well I just realized that I was REMOVED from my next appointment that I had with Cassie! And why?! I guess Cassie didn't want to fix her mistake, and the salon is so unprofessional that I couldn't get a response through their own email prompt, and they just cancel people's appointments at will without notice! Looks like immature, irresponsible and unclassy girls work here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
