Red Door Agency is a locally owned and operated real estate brokerage that represents clients in Northeast Tennessee & Southwest Virginia. A dedicated onsite management team allows our agency to differentiate ourselves from franchised and cloud based firms.

A testament to the collaborative environment in which we operate, the 100 year-old building that we call home has been completely remodeled into an innovative facility that is unlike any other agency in our area.

Buying and selling real estate are typically the largest transactions individuals will make in their lifetime. We believe these types of transactions require more than a brief exchange on social media, a short five minute phone call, or a quick tour of an open house. In order to properly represent and guide clients through the sale or purchase of their property, our team conducts a comprehensive review of their goals, needs, and wants.

For buyers, our initial meeting is done in our office - although another location can be accommodated - and will generally last around an hour. We spend this time getting to know one another, what expectations and requirements you have, and what the buying process will consist of. After the meeting, we will take this information and create a completely personalized buyers guide. Our sole purpose is to ensure our clients are comfortable and fully prepared for next steps.

For sellers, our initial meeting is typically completed at the seller’s property and will take around an hour. This time will be spent learning about the property, and understanding the seller’s goals and requirements for listing their home. We understand that every seller is different and might have various motivations for selling their home. The information we receive from the seller will enable us to accurately list their home while maximizing offers and reducing time spent on the market. After meeting, our team of REALTORS® assesses property information, along with industry and market data to prepare a customized property analysis. We like to present the information and findings directly to the seller in order to receive feedback and make changes before a final selling plan is put into action.
