The crew is very knowledgeable and helpful and coming from someone who’s visited a lot of vape stores in the past, this is beyond my favorite. If you’re ever on their side of town, check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

First time coming in to this Vape Shop and it forsure won't be my last I was taken care of by Jay and all I can say is that man knows what he's doing and what he's selling I highly recommend this place for vapers I came in from a tobacco shop that sold me expired juice stay away from them and come here.

The owner Jay, runs this shop very reasonably, solid dude who understands how to accommodate repeat business and has terrific customer service skills. Plenty of shops in this area have horrible service. Not this spot. I'll be back.

I came in as a newbie who wanted to start vaping but I was scared they were going to take advantage of me or make me feel like a "poser". But I got the warmest welcome, they were very knowledgeable, and even helped me set up my piece. The whole experience was GREAT. I highly recommend them for their great products and customer service. Really impressed with 321 smokeshop! Cigars arrived pretty quickly and customer service was great! I was able to certify the authenticity of the cigars And they were always Prompt, on time and professional. Wouldn't use anyone else.
