Paid jeremy trapp over 1/3rd my annual income from disability, in total of $4500 in attorney fees for defense on an order of protection and to settle real estate complaint for partition which he constantly stated would be over in four months but actually took sixteen months. Trapp withdrew early because he has a conflict of interest with his fellow attorneys. jermey trapp neglected to make my offers on my behalf to the plantiff regarding real estate by stating he knew what plantiff wanted and that she wouldn't accept my offer without even proposing it to plantiffs council. He did nothing to help my case but wanted to take credit in any deals I personally had to make on my own with the plantiff, such as the 2/3rds split in property in which I negotiated personally because of his derelict representation but he still tried to take credit for all he failed to complete. His secretary is honest in her answers but trapp wasn't able to check his dishonest answers with those answered by his office staff in time since he operates on running late and rescheduled my appointments on numerous occasions for other clients even after my traveling over 800 miles on my behalf from Houston Texas to make my scheduled appointment. His disregard in scheduled appointments should of been my first clue as to his competency as a defense attorney, wish this business practice was brought to my attention before my check cleared my bank. His best interests are not for his clients but in my case were clearly for the opposing attorneys whom he is neighbors, friends and whom he is unable to go up against because his best interests were clearly for the plantiff and plantiffs council. Trapps only remark is he's been representing clients in the same manner for 15 years. Dishonest representation by his part resulted in his withdrawing from both of my cases after he collected fees and kept $4500 in fees after he quit my cases, but his best interests were no doubt for the plantiff who only paid her attorney $800 but she got my attorneys best interests that were paid in full by myself. Trapp has no communication skills except to belittle his clients after payment has been received. Trapp seems to be an excellent attorney for his opposing clients, he's not a good choice if you're seeking an attorney to look out for your best interests as he didn't have my best interests at all. Just because he constantly states he has represented clients for 15 years doesn't mean he represented his clients best interests. He certainly didn't represent my best interests. I will never again waste my time or money on Mason jermey trapp in DeKalb county Smithville Tennessee or any other courtroom I seek council and will suggest the same to any person seeking fair representation. I welcome his remarks in person anytime.
