D&I Tool has been expertly manufacturing and regrinding high quality solid carbide end mills, drills and custom form tools for over thee decades.
We own eight high precision CNC machines including Walter, Star Cutter, Reinecker, Tru-Tech and a VTD coating vessel providing the following coatings: tin, ticn, tialn, altin and more. All carbide end mills and custom tools are verified on a Walter Heli Toolcheck, and inspection reports are available for any tool we produce.

With the purchase of nine CNC machines, D&I met the demand for larger and more complicated tools. These machines give D&I the capability of producing virtually all types of cutting tools for a wide variety of customer markets.
