Poor follow through by Glov on 8/14/2021 Neighbors got concerned with some of our branches being close to their garage and over their cars. Fair enough. Called Ramirez Tree Service for a trim and they did a mostly fine job - but the one branch about which the neighbors complained remained. No problem, reached out to them by text (how we'd communicated before). Ignored multiple times, over a couple of days. I finally called on day 3 or 4 and left a voice mail explaining the situation, and they finally replied by text that they'd come the next day. No show in the morning. Alright, well I'm understanding. Texted them a few times before getting a reply mid-day that they'd be here after their current job. No show by evening. With plenty of tree services around I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
