We had a water leak and the service team arrived immediately the next day. The crews were amazing. They were meticulous with their job and got everything dried out over a period of days. They were friendly, communicated well with us; let us know exactly what they were doing. Returned a couple of times to check on the dryers, were meticulous, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I had used them on a previous occasion and would call them again (even I'm hoping that I won't have to.) If you want a company that is above the rest in all areas then call them, and they will exceed your expectations.

Wonderful service and unexpected outcome of their work. We hired them to do the restoration of our flooring after it was soaked with flooded water. Our restored flooring looks like a brand new one and the look was awesome. They exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Our house had been flooded with water, which comes out of our water heater. We were already panicking and our neighbor helped us out and called San Antonio Water Damage & restoration for water removal and water cleanup. They sent their crew and worked immediately. Overall they have been great, pricing was fair enough for the fast and service.
