Self Defense has been offering the Highest Quality private and group martial arts instruction since 1968. Our system is all inclusive, I've seen MMA, Krav Naga, Tae Kwon Do, Akido, Karate, Kung Fu, Jiu Jitsu, and various other martial arts instruction over the past twenty years. Never have I found something our Shaolin Kempo system doesn't teach. Effective, versatile, and enjoyable self defense training for the whole family.
