Before starting college, Dr. Galatro served as an enlisted sailor in the United States Navy. In completion of his service in the United States Navy, he attended Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, where he received an Associate's Degree in Science. He then attended Old Dominion University where he recieved a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Dr. Galatro attended VCU/MCV School of Dentistry, in Richmond, VA and graduated in 1997. During dental school he participated in a surgical summer externship at the St. Petersburg campus. After completing dental school, Dr. Galatro moved to the Fredericksburg area in 1997 where he started to practice Dentistry.

Love the service by Alleyne D via Insider Pages on 9/2/2008

I've been going to Dr Wadiak and her husband Dr Derek Gallatro for years. I always feel comfortable and well looked after. Their manner is open and friendly. My daughter is comfortable with them and she had some bad experiences as a child.…
