DON'T GO HERE. I wish I could give zero stars. What they don't tell you is they have combined with the "beauty school" and they will have in experienced careless students working on your hair. So don't bother making an appointment. I needed butterfly locs removed and called and made an appointment not knowing the salon had changed. They said they could do it. The morning of my appointment I arrived to find out that they owner combined the old salon with the beauty school (probably save money on employing actual stylists). The girl Keysha started my hair and i thought things were going fine. She assured me removing the loc were easy. At one point she pulled the supervisor the side and was whispering and I got the feeling they were talking about me. She came back like everything was cool and continued to take my hair down. When she got to 5 locs left she got help from another student that removed the locs different a method she didn't know because she was cutting them ( I thought at the tip). She washed my hair and roughly detangled my hair, blow dried my hair and put it in a ponytail. When i got home i found she had cut a whole section of my hair. She nor the supervisor said a freaking word before i left. I tipped her @$$ nicely and everything. Completely reckless and foul. Find another salon and beware if this is the stylist coming out of this "school".

I am wondering what is the hiring requirements?! Some of the people who do hair in there are not good stylist at all. They over process hair, mess it up, and lack accountability! It seem like they want money more than really caring about the customer satisfaction! I am sure the people who gave them good reviews got simpler styles (anything without chemical processes). I feel like they stole $300 from me! My wig was giving store bought but they girl page said she "started hand making wigs again" maybe this wig that she over processed was a wig she made before she started hand making wigs again.

The service was horrible. The girls there are ghetto and just plain nasty. I didn't like my hair one bit. They over charge you for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go else where

I was pleased with my visit except for the fact that I came in on a Saturday and I was second on the sign in list but wasn't seen until like number 5. They did apologize for the mix up I will come back again and refer others to the salon.
