Senix Corporation was founded in 1990 to bring new thinking to the non-contact sensor industry. We offered the world’s first personal computer sensor interface, opening the door to unparalleled sensor performance and versatility. We also introduced the push-button “teach” feature to simplify sensor set-up where computer control was not an option – an original design which has been copied worldwide. That history of innovation continues with our current ToughSonic line of ultrasonic sensors. ToughSonic sensors are built tough to withstand the most demanding indoor and outdoor conditions, and built smart for quick adaptability in the most complex applications. Our ToughSonic line of general purpose ultrasonic sensors are compact, rugged and versatile. They include 316 stainless steel housings, full epoxy potting, heavy duty electronics, permanently attached cables and ruggedized piezoelectric transducers. They have up to six simultaneous outputs and they are fully configurable using SenixVIEW configuration and analysis software.

ToughSonic CHEM sensors offer the same durability and versatility of our general purpose sensors, but housed in chemically resistant PFVD housings. They are designed for applications involving solvents, acids and bases, but they are often used in benign liquid level applications as well.
