For 50 years, Edelweiss Mountain Deli has served the Stowe community and its many visitors. Today we stream Sirius XM’s Classic Vinyl, BB King Blues, Motown, Sinatra, Margaritaville, Indie Rock and others as we connect you with our famous (big) sandwiches and salads, in-house baked goods (think Sweet Sensation and Nosedive bars or Whoopie Pies), beer (Alchemist, Bent Hill, Burlington, Fiddlehead, Foley Brothers, Frost, Hermit Thrush, Lawsons, PBR, Simple Roots, Ten Bends, Von Trapp, Zero Gravity, you get the picture), wine (global in scope but something for everyone) and maple products (Butternut Farms Golden and Amber grade syrups, maple cookies and maple sugar candy, and Smuggler’s Notch / Craig Walker Bourbon Barrel Aged maple syrup) and much much more (like Yerba Mate, Snowcap Cold Brew, Mansfield Dairy chocolate milk, Cabot Cheese and Mitzi’s Ganola). Honestly, its pretty cool to experience Vermont’s innovative food and beverage landscape (powered by remarkable entrepreneurial and family owned businesses) with Pink Floyd’s ‘Comfortably Numb’ serenading you as if it were meant to be. And we are really pretty nice too. P.S. we also cater. So give us a call or, better yet, stop in and allow us to welcome you to a place where everyone knows your name!

Great deli located right on Mountain Road. Was very convenient to stop in and get sandwiches and snacks to take when you are going hiking on the nearby trails or walking on the bike path. Reasonably priced.

We stopped here on our way to go hiking across Mt. Mansfield. We found great items to buy for our picnic lunch at a great price. We got sandwiches, fruit and drinks for 3 all for under $15.
