Staff = unhelpful and busy with text messaging.\r Equipment = 1/2 of the computers are out of service\r Copiers = loaded with the wrong paper\r Price = high. Got charged for their failures\r Parking = Horrible.

These places are pretty standard, but as Kinko's go, this one is a little smaller than others. Plus, the parking at Kent Station is horrible, especially on weekend nights when the movie theatre and restaurants are popular.
