This Toshi's is disappointing. We have eaten at many of their restaurants since they first opened. The dining room is non existent and the food that we ordered was not up to the Toshi's standard that we were used to.

The menu is the same- predictable and not the best value in town, btu their gyoza were fresh and I really like my seafood plate. I found this one to be better than the other one I tried.
