We prescribe Sublocade, Suboxone, Subutex (during pregnancy), Vivitrol, and naltrexone to help with opioid and alcohol use disorders. We also offer Narcan (naloxone) and smoking cessation products for anyone needing them. Medication management for mental health diagnoses is offered on a case-by-case situation. HIV and hepatitis C screening and referrals to mental health agencies for complex psychiatric concerns are available.

We always have walk-in and same-day appointments available at each clinic. Appointments are also available through secure HIPAA-compliant telemedicine from a mobile unit visiting rural Southeast Jefferson County and through a chemical dependency agency, Believe In Recovery, located in Port Townsend Washington.
