I'm more than happy with the chair. It's the best office chair I've owned in 35 years of flying a desk. A quality product in every respect and adjustments are very comfortable.

Seat is stiffer and smaller than I wanted. I?ve grown used to the chair, but find that it is not quite what I anticipated in terms of comfort. I love the style and design, build quality. Customer service was world class!
