Mackenzie was friendly and comfortable, but also very professional. It's obvious that she loves what she does and is very knowledgeable. I love my cut and am thrilled with how healthy my hair feels.

Recently I cut off 5" or more off my hair at studio 16. My appointment was with Taylre. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she was able to do exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with my new haircut!

Great service! I'm quite chatty and appreciate a stylist who isn't rushing me or acting annoyed at my chatter. My hair looks excellent and I can tell this place cares about their products and performance.
