Did not keep her word after I used her twice. She was supposed to call and return for a touch up. These were her terms that she stated. She didn't return and ignored all phone calls. Horrible. This after I paid a premium price…

Julie & team always do such a nice job making my carpet look almost new again. They are punctual and friendly. She also went out of her way to use an odorizer due to our recent pet issues without me even having to ask.
