Board-Certified Montgomery Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Sami A. Nizam, II, MD, DMD and William Goehring, DDS, practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They can also diagnose and treat facial injuries, salvage teeth that have undergone root canal treatment, as well as, perform a full range of bone grafting and dental implant procedures.

Procedures are carried out in-office, in our AAAASF certified, ambulatory surgical center. This allows you to undergo your oral surgical procedure conveniently, comfortably, asleep, and with the knowledge that your procedure is being performed to the highest safety standards.
