Lisa was professional and very business like. She was exactly what I needed in my situation... She provided the services needed for a direct cremation... Even the documents needed to take the ashes out of the country; something I wasn't aware was needed. All in all, Lisa provided prompt and professional services at a very reasonable price... I have no complaints
