We also offer competitive costs and are connected with many insurance contracts! Michele Ikuta has served the needs of patients with hearing disorders for over 42 years. She was staff audiologist at St. Johns Hospital in Santa Monica and then chief audiologist of communicative disorders at Glendale Adventist Medical Center before moving to the Monterey Peninsula. Michele purchased Monterey Hearing Center in 1989 and expanded the centers services to include audiology assessment. With a doctorate in audiology (Au.D), Michele's educational depth is only matched by the scope of her professional experience. She has cared for both pediatric to geriatric clients with mild to severe hearing loss. Her audiologic treatments include hearing devices and aural rehabilitation.
