Body kinetics is great! Staff could be a bit friendlier and I think a more variety of classes and more available times would be good but otherwise definitely recommended!

Everyone at Body Kinetics was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I felt welcomed the moment I entered the gym. I was happily surprised with all the exercise options.
