Whenever I had started the computer, my computer shows an error and the error repeat itself in every few minutes. I googled to find out the solution but I didn't get anything then I found the IDTechs customer support number. I told them whole situation which I was going through. The guy on the other side told me that I will get a call from the technical team in few minutes. I got a call from the technical team as he said, I told him the whole thing again to the technical guy. He started his technical stuff, he was doing some kind of setting and after that, he installed a software for future security. So overall it was a good experience for me.
