I took my car there for an alignment. When I went to pick it up they said they could not align because of a worn rack and gave me an estimate. That is a legit thing.The estimate was about the right amount. My problem with them is that they charged me $130 just to examine the front end and give the estimate. This included "hazardous material disposal" and Cleaning materials. Giving an estimate which involved putting it on the rack, looking at the front end and pushing the wheel from side to side to check for worn parts is part of the business and should not result in that kind of charge. I took it to a second place where they looked at it on the spot and then gave me a price.
