I have never been to a place with such a lack of customer service. If you ask for something special, they look at you cross and act like you are a total interuption to their day. Really needs customer service work. And it is really sad…

Its not about the customer. NO special service, waitress/waiters are pressured to serve with no charactor.
Over all rude. Understaffed and it may look clean but the upper management need to get their hands in the work.
