Definitely 5- star service. Great and responsive communication. Jermaine explained everything clearly via messaging and set up the appointment for us. They sent us email confirmation and reminder and arrived exactly the time they promise. Took him 2 hours to complete the job and the carpet looks so clean. Will use them again!
