Great workout, GREAT people by tessfkilpatrick on 2/26/2017 Awesome workout and awesome people. The first time I've looked forward to a work out class. Great environment of non-judgmental and encouraging people for members of ALL fitness levels. The instructors genuinely care about each member and their fitness journey. I am proud to be part of it!!
