Top Quality Construction was hired to remodel our Bathroom. Allan was the architect. He is very professional and has a great deal of expertise in the construction field. Allan helped me every step through the project. The bathroom was started and completed on time, and within budget. The bathroom turned out fantastic and added value to my house. I would hire Allan again for future projects. Allan did everything he said he would. I had an exceptional experience with Top Quality Construction an Allan. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!
