I had a large rug in my dining room that needed some serious attention after hosting a family event. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and made sure to take care with such a delicate material. The rug came out looking fantastic - no more food or drink spills, and it smells so fresh. I’m incredibly pleased with the results!
