Not recommending

Received a quote for tree removal from the owner Erica. The day before the job Erica decided that she wanted to charge almost double. We were surprised and Erica said she would come by to discuss. Erica did not show up. Texted Erica that if she made an error in her quote we would be willing to discuss options for the work we need done. Erica did not respond. Erica is apparently not qualified to be working in the Tree Removal Business and is terribly unprofessional. I would recommend taking your Tree business to someone more qualified, reliable and professional than Erica Menjivars.
