Fees are excessive and predatory! Impound, tow fees and behind the scenes are all financial gain in motivation.
This “private company” has very questionable- borderline ethical business practices and fees!!. The first impression you are walking into a small concreate room- with access to speak through a bullet proof glass- reminds you of a jail intake. Even the demeanor of front facing clerk- is rude, accusatory and aggressive overtones. If you speak to the owner- he has a “GASLIGHTING” communication style. My end impression, this is not merely a TOW company- BUT your car is in JAIL! I am not shocked- they are not listed with better business bureau.
In Retrospect, I also believe there are people and locations that may be targeted for tow- and then are subject to experience both the 'capture and then extortion' of demanded fees to retrieve your car. If you are in a poor area of town- WATCH OUT!! If you can't pay or don't pay- the end game is they keep your car, sell or scrap it. After That They even have a “partner company” collections, that will ruin your credit and sue you to collect SUPER INFLATED fees. Truly this company, consumer philosophy and the owner- WILL GET YOU_ ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!! Bad business practices and more is happening behind the scenes of this company!! If you have morals and ethics- do not willingly contract or do business with this company.
Front staff and Owner- Very dismissive, accusatory and not a hint of customer service
