This company is a joke, including the employees. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. I had a problem with my door opener and all they wanted to do was replace it and charge me almost $700. They are very unprofessional and obviously lack knowledge of garage doors and openers. I called Kenslow Overhead Door and they fixed my opener with a $25 dollar part they had on their truck and my total was just shy of a hundred bucks. Don't call Midwest overhead door unless you want to get scammed.
