Worst Possible Customer Experince

RS Fincher provides the worst possible customer experience. They literally never complete anything. They do not provide coverage when their staff is on vacation. I have been waiting over a month to have a piece of wood replaced. Shocking how bad they ever. I strongly suggest that you NOT do business with RS Fincher.
