The Giosa Funeral Home was established August 21, 1981 by James and Ritamarie Giosa. This family business prides itself on carefully considering the needs and wishes of those being served, and maintains that funeral services need not be excessively priced in order to be dignified and appropriate. Professional services offered by the Giosa Funeral Home include all of those involved in the traditional funeral as well as cremation services, memorial services, military funerals and out-of-state arrangements. Specific cultural wishes of families are accommodated as requested. The Giosa Funeral Home provides pre-need services also. As a member of the New Jersey Pre-Paid Funeral Trust Fund, the funeral home offers individuals the opportunity to pre-plan and pre-pay a funeral according to his or her wishes. In doing so, spouses and survivors are relieved of the emotional burdens and financial concerns involved with decision making at the time of death. Giosa Funeral Home also offers a lending library and a wide variety of educational materials on grief and bereavement as part of its aftercare and education program.
