Awesome!!! I am so glad I joined this place! Everything about it is excellent! The instructors are really nice, funny, and make us sweat our bottoms off! The members are very friendly and nobody judges you. I am very happy with my progress. I've been a member for a month now and can already feel a difference in my body. I feel more toned and stronger. I really enjoy punching and kicking those bags. You can really relieve your stress, especially on those days when you want to punch someone in the face, which for me is almost every day! Hahaha! You won't regret if you decide to join.

-they do events like hip pop dj class
-not open on sundays
-closes early
-no private parking lot so sometimes the shop rite shoppers take over the parking lot
