Great Workout!

My experience at I Love Kickboxing has been my most successful (only successful) attempt at getting into shape. The classes are fun and the instructors are awesome and actually care about how you are doing. It is a more personal experience and they actually notice if you are improving or if you take too much time off. I’ve joined many gyms and always ended up quitting after a month or two. I joined I Love Kickboxing back in October and have been going steadily for five months now. I can feel the difference when I’m working out now versus when I first started. The first 15 minutes of class is a boot camp style exercise routine that changes every day. After that comes the bag rounds, followed by partner drills. Mix some stretching in there and you have the typical I Love Kickboxing class. I have come a long way and I know I am much healthier now for it. For anyone who can’t get to the gym and workout on their own on a treadmill, I would highly recommend trying out I Love Kickboxing. This is the first time I can actually say I enjoy going to the gym. As an added bonus, it’s also a great stress reliever to get to kick and punch the bag!
