Don't waste your time here

The menu says a 12 piece family meal comes with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits. They told me it comes with 1 large side and 4 biscuits. I had the employee look and verify the menu after I brought it to her attention. She realized the false advertisement after I brought it to her attention. Then she said, "that's what it says in the computer, sorry."
Then, they couldn't complete the order as ordered unless they dropped some more chicken, and she said it would be 12 minutes. So we decided to substitute 1 piece for a spicy piece to avoid that wait. 15 minutes later I received 3 spicy pieces. I was then offered some sauce, and I chose honey. Guess what... No honey. Surprise. Sorry about that. So I shook my head and left.
This is not the first time things like this have happened at this location. I am so fed up with them.
