They were not able to offer a quote from photo's by Doug Kintner on 1/12/2022 I emailed photos of some parts I needed to repair my excavator. They were not able to offer a quote from photo's. However, the manager offered to locate the parts in an online catalog. I found the catalog and parts numbers. Order was placed.
