Exceptional service!!! I don't usually leave reviews, but this installer, Andrew, provided such a professional and fair service that I just had to make this public. After the installation of the power supply, the screen of my 5 year old iMac had a black line going through it. Even though it was not his fault, Andrew ordered me a new screen at his own expense (more than $500). He came to my office 4 times over all and obviously lost money on the transaction, but my satisfaction with his service was more important for him that than the money he lost. Any other service provider would have said that because the screen is at fault because it's an old computer, but Andrew is an honest and professional service provider, so he took a hit. I am so thankful to him and urge anyone in need of his services to work with him!
