Kickboxing Fun

I have been a member since June and I have loved it. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and caring. In group classes one may worry about the level of one-on-one interaction. This is not a concern at ILKB. The instructors pay attention to everyone on the mats and will provide constructive corrections to form which will improve results and decrease risk of injury (something I am very prone to). They pay attention to each member's life and will take an active interest, so you feel a much more personal connection which is not seen at larger gyms. Each instructor individualizes the classes with their personalities and music styles, so each class feels unique while having the same format. I have seen an increase in my strength and stamina since joining, even with missing many classes due to illness or injury. The instructors help to modify classes to everyone's fitness level and ability. Everyone encourages each other and it is a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this for something looking for a workout that is beyond cardio and weight lifting.
