ILKB IS LIFE!

My husband purchased the web special as a Christmas gift for me. I became a year long member after my first trial class! There is nothing better than feeling such a warm welcome when you are so nervous to get back into the gym and ILKB has nailed it. I have recommended this to 2 other women, who also joined after their first visit and I will continue to recommend! It only took a month before I was noticing REAL changes in my body and clothes were fitting a little less snug than they were before. There is no doubt the workout is intense, but the fun factor makes it so easy to power through to the end....and who doesn't want to go punch and kick bags?!
