Etienne does an amazing job but better then that she listens to her customers .. When she is completely done with my hair she goes back and cuts off a little more so that it looks perfect

Fantastic experience! I needed to reschedule my appointment for an earlier date with only a few days' notice, and the very next day got a call from my stylist letting me know she had a cancellation. How awesome is that?!?!

Terrible… Would be a word I could never use to express my experience at Lush! Those ladies are all awesome. I'm always happy after my visits, and I usually feel like a million bucks (at least I look like it).
