Best workout
I have never been one to go to the gym as I know I will eventually stop going. I have been attending ILKB for a fewonths, and love it. The staff are always friendly, and energetic. Working out doesnt always feel like it with all the small talk and good music! They also have themed workout sessions which have been fun. I enjoy going to class, and always feel guilty if I miss a few days.
