Ms. Watson was extremely responsive in the entire process in selling my home in Spartanburg, SC. As a retired HUB Director of the U. S. Dept of Hud where I was ,at one time in my career, the Chief Single Family Underwriter who dealt with many realtors / lenders. My experience in this regard allows me to "know" that she is a real professional. Ms. Watson's attention to details, her resourcefulness in getting things completed in a timely manner exceeded my expectations.
