At Harbors Home Health & Hospice, our mission is to provide in-home health and support services to patients who need assistance to function at their highest level of independence. Based in Hoquiam, WA, we offer our services throughout Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
Our in-home care services are a welcome alternative for acutely ill, chronically ill, or terminally ill patients who don't wish to live in an assisted care facility. Our goal is to assist our patients to be as independent as possible and to assist their families in caring for them.

Hospice is a unique way of caring for a person whose illness cannot be cured. Hospice focuses on care, not cure. Because of the preparatory nature of hospice services, they are most effective when begun as soon as the primary physician feels that an illness is terminal. Hospice helps both the patient and their family enjoy their remaining months together as comfortably and as prepared for the expected outcome as possible.
