go to Matt's for high-end hot dogs! by C M via Insider Pages on 12/28/2008 Matt's Gourmet Hot Dogs has the best hot dogs in Seattle. The variety of meats and great seasonings in the really stand out. Service is great and you can always count on fresh buns and condiments.
