Telecommute. If the job can be easily done from home and you or your employee can be productive, do it!
When telecommuting isn’t possible, use public transportation as much as possible.
If public transportation and telecommuting aren’t possible, car pool as often as you can.
Encourage the 4-day work week! Four 10 hour days instead of five 8 hour days reduces gas consumption considerably.
