TaTu BBQ AK

Let me introduce myself to you, my name is Patrick J Momany, more affectionately known as “Boucanier”, I own TaTu BBQ, I smoke award-winning BBQ for our wounded troops and have been seen all over the world.

TaTu BBQ was founded in 2006 to produce the best BBQ possible in the Pacific NW. Which we did winning multiple awards and feeding thousands of people. It quickly found its focus on bringing a taste of home to our wounded troops overseas. In 2009 I was humbled to hear that these BBQs were seen worldwide on the AFN (Armed Forces Network) channel. But a stream of income was needed that would afford TaTu BBQ the privilege to continue doing so.
Now, on its 3rd adventure, TaTu BBQ is in Anchorage, AK to continue that stream of supporting our Military, LEO, First Responders, and Medical Teams.
