Wendy Cantrell, DNP, CRNP

Wendy Cantrell is an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years in dermatology. From Gardendale, Alabama, Wendy earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at UAB in 2011 and has since served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology. Wendy has also been the Manager of Clinical Research at UAB’s Department of Dermatology since 2000, where she has conducted over 100 research studies. Her professional affiliations include being a founding board member of the Alabama Society of Dermatology Professionals
